Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a leader or manager required.

Education and understanding in the Personal Development Industry

Strong commitment to selfimprovement.

Someone willing to learn and implement the training provided

Proven selfstarter and finisher

Display leadership skills

Experience/ specialization in team leadership.

Strong communication and presentation skills
