Director of Operations Supply Chain Management

Requirements

• Develop and implement best business practices for Asset Management Tracking Systems to ensure efficient monitoring and utilization of resources.
  
• Lead the implementation of Supply Chain Management best practices to optimize inventory management procurement processes and vendor relationships.
  
• Oversee call center operations including defining procedures monitoring performance metrics and ensuring exceptional customer service experience.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals providing guidance coaching and support to foster their growth and development.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain our competitive edge.
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA desired.
  
• Proven experience implementing best business practices for asset management tracking systems and supply chain management.
  
• Strong knowledge of call center operations including call handling procedures workforce management and quality assurance processes.
  
• Technology startup experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
