- Building an annual production plan and allocating resources against the requirements of the plant and controlling its implementation in terms of schedule, budget, quality and lessons learned.
- Management of all production activities in the plant in professional and managerial aspects, including planning of production and assembly management, purchasing and inventory management.
- Responsibility for the delivery of orders received from the projects in accordance with the set cost, quality and delivery date set.
- Overall responsibility for the processes of improving operations and solving ongoing problems, including reducing costs and improving quality.
