Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of IT Sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies fostering client relationships and contributing to the growth of Art Technology.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet the companys revenue targets.
Lead and mentor the IT sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT solutions industry.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
Analyze market trends identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development.
Utilize existing contacts and network in the current IT market to enhance sales efforts.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 20 years of proven work experience in IT sales with a focus on software solutions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive sales initiatives and meet ambitious targets.
Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
