General Manager Opportunity in the Heart of Florida's Event and Decor Scene

Based in Pompano Beach with travel to Riviera Beach and Tavares.

Join the legacy of a centuryold pioneer in the Commercial Outdoor Decor industry renowned for bringing holiday spirit and festive environments to life across South Florida. We specialize in transforming public spaces and corporate events with our enchanting Christmas and holiday banners decorations and flags serving a diverse clientele that includes municipalities nonprofits and corporations. With a significant presence in Pompano Beach we're on the hunt for a visionary General Manager to lead our warehouse and fabrication operations spearhead our installation and fleet teams and drive our mission to make every season memorable.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Craft Spectacular Events: Directly influence the joy and celebration in communities by managing the installation and fleet operations that bring our designs to life throughout Florida.
  • Bring Ideas to Reality: Oversee the fabrication process to ensure our designs are realized with precision and creativity.
  • Financial Acumen: Take charge of the financial health of our South Florida operations including P&L management budgeting and optimizing costs.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a dedicated team managing staffing training and development to ensure we're always ready to deliver exceptional service.
  • Partnerships and Quality: Collaborate with partners and maintain our strict standards for customer service safety and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide comprehensive reports and insights to keep all stakeholders informed on our progress inventory and operational success.

YOU ARE:

  • A Change Leader: Ready to drive transformation and growth in our South Florida operations.
  • Experienced: Bringing 710 years of leadership in warehouse or distribution with a knack for juggling installation timelines managing crews and overseeing fleet operations.
  • Educated: With a college degree (or equivalent experience) in a field that's honed your ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • TechSavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite Sage Intacct Salesforce Smartsheet and WMS.
  • A Strategic Thinker: Able to analyze data and sales trends to continually refine our processes and operations.
  • Independent and Creative: You're selfdriven excel at problemsolving and can adapt on the fly to meet any challenge.
