POSITION DESCRIPTION

Director of Client Services: Driving Customer Success

The Director of Client Services at Abound will spearhead our client engagement and service excellence ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute client service strategies that align with Abounds mission and growth objectives.

Manage client onboarding retention and satisfaction to foster longterm business relationships.

Lead and develop the client services team to provide exceptional service standards.

Oversee the integration of client services with our Abound Cloud platform to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless client journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in client services management ideally within the tech or creator industries.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing highperforming teams.

Expertise in creating and implementing effective client service strategies.

Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field; masters degree preferred.
