Responsibilities

We re looking for a driven innovative Director of Client Delivery to lead a distributed team of consultants and developers and drive success in projects from implementation delivery to support.

• Lead efforts to enhance value for stakeholders in the region;
  
• Oversee project success maintain client relationships and optimize team performance;
  
• Ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction;
  
• Managing project planning scheduling and coordination;
  
• Collaborating with practice leads for resource management;
  
• Building and mentoring a highperforming team;
  
• Developing staffing plans to meet client needs;
  
• Supporting presales activities to achieve company objectives;
  
• Upholding company culture and fostering a positive work environment;
  
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members;
  
• Communicating client updates to management teams regularly.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in engineering computer science or a relevant discipline;
  
• Experience in software delivery and deployment preferably serving a similar industry;
  
• Experience in client relationship management;
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a geographicallydistributed team;
  
• Ability to identify opportunities in an evolving business environment;
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new and innovative ideas to create value;
  
• Excellent communication skills towards clients partners and other stakeholders.
  

Employment Details

• Regional travel may be required;
  
• Hybrid / remote work based in offices in Asia Pacific region.
