We are seeking a highenergy seasoned Director Marketing Operations & Analytics with a track record of leading successfully gotomarket and salesdriven marketing initiatives. In this role you will be part of our global marketing team responsible for evangelizing game changing security products in the next generation endpoint and mobile technology space and articulating how Deep Instinct technology & products value solves Zero Day & APT cyberattacks threats risks.

What You Will Do:

  • Reporting to the SVP Marketing you will work crossfunctionally on all aspects of Marketing Operations strategic planning budgeting reporting analytics MarTech stack management and enabling the marketing processes.
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing operations strategy in alignment with the organizations marketing goals and priorities.
  • Manage endtoend marketing operations including marketing automation lead management campaign management data analytics marketing technology and vendor management.
  • Drive datadriven decision making by establishing and maintaining robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks providing insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dynamic dashboards to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Maintain tracking attribution and reporting of all marketing and demand generation efforts to build the cases for additional investment in demgen channels providing insights into the most productive channels to inform investment decisions.
  • Identify and implement best practices processes and tools to streamline marketing operations increase productivity and enhance campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing service providers agencies and vendors ensuring effective and efficient support and cost management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of standardized marketing processes guidelines and templates to promote consistency and streamline operations.
  • Ensure that our marketing database is accurate and properly segmented to align with overall gotomarket strategy maintaining data hygiene.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales IT finance and product management to align marketing operations with overall organizational objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members on operational matters fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements :

What ll You need:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in marketing operations marketing technology or a related marketing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing operations principles processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing operations strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Indepth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) CRM systems (SFDC) attribution tools (Bizible) analytics tools (GA) and other marketing technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with the ability to assess complex marketing and operational issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive datadriven decision making.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external marketing service providers agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies channels and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and sales alignment.
  • High level of professionalism integrity and incredible attention to detail.
