JOB SUMMARY
Our client is in search of a Director in the Los Angeles area who will immediately provide significant contributions to the agencys revenue growth and future. The Director will be responsible for implementing agency initiatives across departments and the primary owner of the client relationship work and results. The Director is constantly staying updated on industry news and trends and upcoming productions and ensuring that its shared with the agency. The Director should have established relationships with Hollywood studios distributors and production companies.
WHAT WE OFFER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary client contact and involves the agency management as needed; communicates client goals to HB team and other departments
Responsible for creating a balance between client strategies and HB teams activations and account servicing
Responsible for the overall results and profitability of assigned accounts and account team
Collaborate with agency resources to ensure client set goals are exceeded
Readily collaborates and communicates with other Leadership Managers to ensure consistency fairness and best practices
Actively look for opportunities and engage with existing network to improve client results team effort and account profitability
Conducts performance reviews of team being managed sets SMART goals and monitors achievement
Oversees and fully understands how to use assigned software; provides higher level insights on any assigned specialty focus software
Responsible for training new employees
Generates leads through professional networks; networks outside the agency to identify client leads resources and potential team members
Responsible for recommending team budget expenses and staffing to management
Implements agency vision and goals to the team and carries insights and ideas from team forward
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $117.056.30/year
Schedule:
Office hours: (8:30am to 5:30pm PST)
Monday to Friday additional hours during the week and weekend as needed
Work Location: Redondo Beach CA
