Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director, Human Resources with outstanding people skills to help us shape the people culture at Fuse Technologies. A part of this role is to ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
Duties for the Director, Human Resources will include recruiting for new positions, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. At first, the Director, Human Resources should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, attract the best recruits, and promote the organizations values.

Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
Develops and aligns human resources strategies to support the business.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Provides leadership in developing strategies for strategic workforce plans, performance management, talent development, remuneration, and industrial relations.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
Leads in developing organizational structures aligned to the companys strategy.
Leads in technological innovation across the HR value chain.
Required:
Bachelor s degree required, master s degree preferred, in a related field such as Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
Demonstrated experience leading HR department(s) through strategic and transactional change.
Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to staff.
Experience with employee relations,
Minimum of 4 years experience in human resources.
