My client needs a Director Home Health.

Location: Coastal Oregon
Department: Patient Care Services Division
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
- Licensed as Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
- Master's degree in nursing or health-related field required. If master's degree is not in nursing, must have BSN.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 60-day grace period
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a home health agency in the last 10 years
- Minimum of five (5) years community or home health nursing experience
- Minimum five (5) years managerial experience
- Experience in project management and organizational development preferred
