- Commitment to the principles of governance, laws, policies, regulations and work procedures approved by the regulatory bodies and the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement a short-term strategy to advance and develop the Corporation's business to enhance its ownership rights and financial solvency, and work to achieve the Corporation's goals and objectives in contributing to sustainable development.
- Building a positive relationship with the Board of Directors to obtain the support of the Board to facilitate the implementation of the requirements of the strategy and general policies.
- Planning and managing liquidity to meet the current and future obligations and burdens of the institution.
