Job Description
1)Managingthe daily work of the company, ensuring the proper implementation of the plans and programs approved by the Board of Directors, and proposing their development or modification in response to market changes.
2)Supervisingthe work of all departments in the company and working to appoint its employees, in accordance with the requirements and the approved organizational structure.
3) Developing the competencies of employees through training and motivating them, taking care of their demands and welfare, dividing the work among them, ensuring that their performance is evaluated annually and taking decisions regarding their promotion orterminationin the light of the evaluation and in accordance with the approvedsystem.
