As the Data Analytics Director you will play a pivotal role in leading our data analytics initiatives providing presales support and offering technical advisory services to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales verticals and technical teams to develop innovative datadriven solutions that address our clients challenges and drive business outcomes.

As the Data Analytics Director for the Life Sciences Vertical you will play a critical role in leading our data analytics initiatives providing presales support and delivering technical advisory services to clients in the life sciences sector. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics and deep understanding of industryspecific challenges you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients in the life sciences industry.
• Develop customized data analytics proposals and solutions aligned with client needs and industry trends.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our data analytics services for life sciences organizations..

GotoMarket Strategy:

• Develop and execute targeted gotomarket strategies for our data analytics services within the life sciences vertical.
• Identify key stakeholders and decisionmakers within pharmaceutical biotech and healthcare organizations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop industryspecific collateral case studies and thought leadership content..

Technical Advisory:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic guidance on leveraging data analytics to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
• Conduct indepth assessments of clients data infrastructure analytics capabilities and business processes.
• Design and oversee the implementation of advanced data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of life sciences organizations.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and consultants providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the data analytics team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our data analytics processes and methodologies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the teams expertise in life sciences data analytics and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or a related field.
• Overall 15 years in data analytics consulting and at least 10 years leadership role within a consulting firm with a focus on data analytics advanced analytics Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
• 5 years in designing solutioning the Snowflake Databricks and Big data tools including DataOps Data engineering Data Integration Data Orchestration and Data Marketplace
• Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm or similar environment with a focus on data analytics in the life sciences industry. Deep understanding of life sciences data including clinical trials data realworld evidence and healthcare data.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as Python R SQL and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
• Deep technical understanding of major cloud tools like Azure GCP AWS data analytics technologies methodologies and best practices.
• Strong technical experience in major BI reporting tools like Power BI Tableau ThoughtSpot etc.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data analytics projects from conception to completion for fortune clients
• At least 10 years of experience in presales support proposal development and client engagement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Snowflake Databricks Certified Analytics Professional AWS Certified Big Data Specialty) are a plus.
