What impact will you have in this role?

We’re hiring for one of our clients a Director of Client Services to develop relationships with their clients looking to identify value in their data assets and who need strong talent that they deploy in their Data Services practice. This is a relationship-driven sales role, and interpersonal and written communication is essential for success in this position. We are looking for resourceful, self-motivated, independent business professionals who are able to identify necessary tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment. Our client's team is results-driven and adaptive working with both internal and external stakeholders.


What will you be doing day-to-day?
  • Work with various sales tools (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,etc.) to research and properly identify prospective customers, manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce.
  • Conducting effective sales campaigns (utilizing Salesforce) to identify companies and decision makers.
  • Build a pipeline of leads by qualifying inbound inquiries and researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing accounts to set up quality meetings that drive activity and revenue.
  • Making introductory calls, sending intro emails, conducting sales meetings, delivering sales presentations and clearly articulating Company’s value proposition to partner successfully with a hiring company to meet their needs for Data Expertise.
  • Work closely with Data Services team to create account penetration strategies.
  • Identify open Data Expert roles with companies, and manage the delivery process.
  • Manage current client relationships and foster new relationships, client entertaining (lunches, dinners, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using content.

What skills are required to be successful in this role?
  • A desire to build a career in Data Consulting/Solutions
  • History of success in selling staffing and/or consulting services and consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Experience developing and executing account strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive or Recruiter role
  • Proven sales track record in business development
  • Competitive, coachable, confident, persistent, detail-oriented
  • Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
