Commission Structure: 20% Bonus Structure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years casino experience 3 years at a managerial level
  • 4 years years Casino Marketing experience or Casino Host Experience

About the Role

The Casino Marketing Director oversees the strategizing creation and execution of all marketing efforts for the casino guaranteeing adherence to both state and local gaming regulations as well as internal audit standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Marketing to foster a cohesive productive and proactive approach across all marketing departments.
  • Implement effective strategies for recruitment hiring training recognition coaching and progressive discipline across all areas of the casino marketing team.
  • Establish and uphold departmental policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Design and manage experiential events to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate disciplinary actions training initiatives and performance evaluations.
  • Define monitor and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the casino hosts and sales team.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of technical support systems such as player kiosks and player tracking.
  • Develop execute and refine programs aimed at acquiring new casino patrons.
  • Collaborate with internal staff on Database/Direct Mail initiatives contributing to the development of criteria for campaigns and programs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate autonomy attention to detail and resultsdriven focus while upholding high standards of accuracy integrity and time management.
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Interpret and analyze financial reports and marketing analyses effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to optimize customer databases for maximizing profitability.
  • Lead Team Members by example fostering teamwork positive morale motivation and open communication.
  • Enhance departmental efficiency by identifying and addressing both shortterm and longterm issues and goals providing insightful recommendations and implementing directives. Proficient in delivering both written and oral presentations.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
