Responsibility :
- To generate leads through activities and use Different Market Strategies for lead generation
- To have new customer meetings in a day
- To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers
- To train and skilled partner staff on needbased selling and product sales pitch.
- To support branches with required SP licenses and support them with the same to drive business target achievements.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflictresolution and problemsolving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customeroriented
