Direct Marketing Team Lead

Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for Direct Marketing Team leaders! In this role you would lead a small team of door to door canvassers to engage homeowners by going door to door to generate leads by setting appointments for our outside sales team. Monday Friday: 11:30 am 7:30 pm

Weekends: OFF

Daily Tasks:

• Plan out territories with team
  
• Train and mentor and drive a team of 812 people
  
• Talk with homeowners about Integrity Home Exteriors products and services
  
• Schedule a time for our estimators to complete an estimate for new customers
  
• Attend daily training meetings
