Position Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of initiatives that span Licensed Stores and Corporate Technology.

The successful candidate must be a well-rounded leader who can drive and sustain collaboration with company's stakeholders across technology and Business, especially within challenging and ambiguous areas. The candidate must be an experienced, self-starter project manager, who works independently, is comfortable coming into a role with an existing cross-functional team, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and consistently provides team members with clear direction.

Must be comfortable with delivery through the complete project lifecycle, from analysis and design to development and test, deployment, and closure. Must proactively identify and manage issues, risks, and change control processes. The sr technology PM must have strong oral and written communication. Must be comfortable presenting to all audiences, including individual contributors, team members, managers, and executives.

Degree or certifications required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master Certifications are a plus.

Required Background/ Skills:

  • 10+ years in successful technology project delivery in large complex organisations.
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional, internal, and external teams; the successful candidate shall exhibit a sense of ownership and urgency and be solution orientated, collaborative, and accountable.
  • Experience working with remote project teams
  • Have success managed projects with complex integrations and able to define and articulate the critical path
  • Expert Knowledge and experience in all project delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile/SCRUM, SAFE 4+, Hybrid, Predictive (waterfall)
  • Manage assigned projects against cross-program portfolio dependencies
  • Works independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from senior program management leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications to deliver crisp, concise presentations and status reports
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master Certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Visio, with expert skills in MS Project and Excel required
  • Experience leading Salesforce projects a plus

Technology requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Visio with expert skills in MS Project and Excel required

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Leads high-performing, cross-functional, and often globally distributed teams comprised of project/program management, Analysts, Engineers and Developers, Product Owners, Scrum masters, etc.
  • Build time estimates, develop a project schedule, and address scheduling problems as they arise.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize project phases, tasks, and duration information.
  • The document, obtain approval and track all changes in the project scope. Communicate project changes and events to concerned parties.
  • Acts as a liaison between consultants, developers, and clients to ensure effective project coordination among participating teams

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of FP&A best practices preferred
  • Experience with financial planning systems is preferred
  • Experience Microsoft TEAMs, Confluence, SmartSheets, and JIRA a plus

Disqualifiers:

  • Unexplained gaps in resume
