We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team in the role of Direccin Comercial focused ontraditional channel andfood services.

Position Overview:

The Channel Sales Directorwill play a crucial role in strategizing and implementing commercial plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the food services sector. This role demands a proactive approach to market analysis sales strategy and team leadership to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the food services domain.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results fostering a culture of success and ongoing business growth.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align commercial strategies with market needs and company goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders developing strategic partnerships to enhance business prospects.
  • Oversee contract negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports forecasts and presentations to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role within the food services or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales software.
