*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in Digital Sales Customer Service and Sales of IT services and consultancy. This role involves engaging with clients understanding their needs and promoting our IT solutions.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Digital Sales:*
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to generate leads and drive IT services sales.
Leverage online platforms and tools to reach potential clients and establish a digital sales presence.
2. *Customer Service:*
Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
3. *Sales of IT Services and Consultancy:*
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and consultancy services.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and foster longterm client relationships.
4. *Client Engagement:*
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT services.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services.
5. *CRM Management:*
Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions sales activities and maintain accurate records.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales customer service and sales of IT services and consultancy.
3. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
