Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing digital products particularly in CRM and ecommerce platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and functionality of our dental CRM software ensuring it meets the unique needs of dental professionals and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our CRM.
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop functional and appealing product designs that prioritize user experience and align with business goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in CRM and ecommerce design incorporating best practices into our product.
- Participate in product development from concept to launch ensuring a consistent and coherent user experience.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Design Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product design with a focus on CRM and ecommerce platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar.
- Experience with user research usability testing and prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php68000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record as a Software Development Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Fullstack development using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in web application development using JavaScript and ReactJS. Strong familiarity with Microservices and APIs, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Proficiency in database usage and development, including MySQL and MongoDB. Expertise in Node.JS and server-side development. A strong advocate for test-driven development and implementing best practices for code testing and quality assurance. Advanced proficiency in Unix shell usage and automation. Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
