Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and engagement across various online channels. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will plan and implement campaigns analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms will be instrumental in expanding the organizations online presence and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility generate leads and drive sales through online channels including websites social media email search engines and display advertising.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
3. Plan create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring alignment with brand guidelines messaging and positioning.
4. Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content including website copy blog posts social media posts email newsletters and multimedia assets.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends customer insights and opportunities for innovation in digital marketing strategies.
6. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or social media analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance user behavior and ROI.
7. Monitor key metrics such as website traffic conversion rates clickthrough rates (CTR) and return on ad spend (ROAS) and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
8. Optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data A/B testing results and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness and costefficiency.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and digital marketing partners ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
10. Stay informed about emerging trends technologies and best practices in digital marketing and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
3. Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels strategies and tactics including SEO SEM social media marketing email marketing content marketing and display advertising.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads HubSpot Mailchimp Hootsuite or similar.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw actionable insights and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
7. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives through digital marketing initiatives.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of digital marketing planning execution and reporting.
10. Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Certification in digital marketing disciplines such as Google Ads Google Analytics Facebook Blueprint or HubSpot.
3. Experience in B2B marketing or in industries such as technology software ecommerce or SaaS (Software as a Service).
4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as Marketo Salesforce or Pardot.
5. Knowledge of web development technologies HTML CSS and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Drupal) for website management and optimization.
6. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio for creating dashboards and visualizations.
7. Previous experience in managing digital marketing budgets forecasting expenses and maximizing ROI.
8. Understanding of international digital marketing strategies and considerations for global markets and audiences.
9. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop digital marketing team members.
10. Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to driving business growth through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.
