Position Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the company, the Digital Marketing Specialist will provide ongoing support to the marketing and sales This position supports the company s digital growth initiatives by researching, developing, implementing, and managing iTi s digital presence and tracking effectiveness of marketing
The individual will be responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with clients acquisition and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable
This person needs to model and act in accordance with iTi s mission, vision and core values at all
The following key accountabilities ensure the critical success of this position:
30% Lead and drive PPC campaign strategies to ensure maximum ROI and meet iTi digital growth
- Develop, implement, analyze and optimize PPC campaigns on a regular basis
- Identify campaign objectives and create suitable measurement strategies
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and measure performance against KPIs
- Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies
20% Lead the data collection, analysis and reporting efforts across all platforms to maximize ROI
- Develop custom marketing dashboard concepts for reporting with SEMRush, Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data
- Analyze the effect of different online and offline channels on each other, develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and growth
- Identify and implement innovative technologies, and improve analytical procedures for SEO, PPC and Data Analysis
- Utilize available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot PPC as well as SEO performance issues, and propose methodical optimization solutions
30% Lead web development and optimization efforts and be the internal SEO expert to maximize digital presence, enhance iTi brand image and drive leads
- Develop strategies and implement SEO optimizations for maximizing visibility and ranking in the major search engines; this includes technical SEO strategies, site structure changes, as well as page layout and navigation
- Own link building process and strategies, and perform backlink audits (both internal and competitive)
- Perform usability testing on new and redesigned websites
- Monitor, review, and update web site traffic reports
- Test and track landing page optimization, as well as other conversion strategies
20% Proactive personal and professional growth for enhancing digital performance of the
- Proactively update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities: reading professional publications, attending webinars, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
- Attend at least one digital marketing conference per year to bring back latest knowledge to the organization
- Actively participate in digital and web related social and networking groups to ensure continuous exposure to the latest technologies that can assist iTi reach broader customer base
- Collaborate with teams and departments to ensure marketing campaigns are effective to achieve company goals
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors:
- Bachelor s degree: Major or Minor in business, computer science, marketing, and/or communications or proven equivalent work experience
- At least 3+ years experience in digital marketing or related professional services
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement
- Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
- Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, Google Website
- Google Adwords and Analytics Certification is a must
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
