With the expansion of our business we are excited to be growing our team! We are looking for a creative individual to join our businesses to assist with our inhouse digital marketing needs on a casual basis. We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who is keen energetic and willing to further their learning on the job.

About the Role:
- This is a great opportunity to work with a young & upcoming team on a variety of projects between the two businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing copy for various platforms & media types such as bid submissions brochures website email campaigns blog posts social media posts and digital ad copy.
- Launch social media accounts for both companies create content & coordinate posting schedules on social media platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.
- Scheduling social content ahead of time
- Assist with setting up email marketing campaigns using MailChimp
- Assist with editing website content and imagery on WordPress.
- Proofing and editing of marketing materials
- Collaborating with colleagues from various departments including project delivery staff & our videographer/photographer.
- Organise photoshoots of completed projects and liaise with clients and our photographer.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- At least 23 years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (preferably in the same industry).
- Experience using Canva is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with managing social media accounts.
- Creative and intuitive thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a vibrant team environment.
- Willing and motivated to learn and take on challenges
- Experience with Wordpress or Squarespace experience.
- Experience with MailChimp or similar EDM tools.
- Beneficial experience with LinkedIn or Facebook Ads and SEO.
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Officebased setup/Hybrid setup (Ortigas Pasig City or Muntinlupa City or Angeles Pampanga or Cebu City)
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM4:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
