Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager/Executive plays a crucial role in developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. This position focuses on utilizing digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies analyzing the success of campaigns and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance the companys online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Create and manage SEO/SEM strategies
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content
- Track and analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience
- Manage and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Oversee the social media strategy
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts strategy and best practices
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical and datadriven thinking
