Tasks

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Recommend you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Youll have the opportunity to utilize your creativity strategic thinking and analytical skills to enhance our brand visibility and drive engagement with our target audience. Heres what youll be doing:

• Developing Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives incorporating SEO SEM email marketing social media content marketing and other relevant channels.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
• Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including website blog social media and email campaigns.
• SEM: Collaborate with the team on driving organic traffic through effective SEO strategies and manage SEA campaigns to increase visibility and drive conversions.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts develop engaging content and implement strategies to grow followers and enhance brand presence.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics generate insights and prepare regular reports to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively allocate resources strategically and ensure efficient use of funds to achieve marketing goals.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools Google Analytics social media management platforms and Figma
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads HubSpot Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
