Tasks

Web presence

• Operational management and further development of the website (design / content and onsite SEO) based on the overarching marketing objectives and the needs of other departments (e.g. HR/Sustainability)
• Management of the web service provider

Inbound marketing / lead generation & nurturing

• Implementation of marketing automation campaigns (e.g. regular newsletters / landing pages) in accordance with the marketing plan
• Supporting the Marketing functions of the business units in implementing their own marketing automation campaigns and ensuring consistent use of the tool
• Housekeeping in the marketing automation/CRM system: updating templates (mails & landing pages) creating mail segments consistent workflows etc.

Social media marketing

• Maintain the social media calendar and writing regular posts
• Implementation or support of paid social campaigns according to the marketing plan

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (marketing management technical communication media / communication sciences digital marketing or similar)
• Professional experience in digital marketing and lead management ideally with a company in the (industrial) B2B environment
• Confident handling of marketing automation/CRM platforms ideally HubSpot
• Confident handling of CMS systems ideally EpiServer
• Basic experience in creating content for digital channels (simple image editing / text writing / video editing)
• Strong interest in technical topics
• Creativity with an eye for detail
• Selfdriven and structured way of working
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
