Role Overview:
As a key contributor to our dynamic team at Ionots Technologies Pvt Ltd the Digital Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping and managing the organisations online presence. This multifaceted position involves strategizing and executing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility engage with the target audience and foster community growth.
What you ll be working on
Online Presence Management:
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image.
- Engagement Strategy:
- Devise and execute engaging campaigns to interact with the target audience.
- Foster community growth by creating and promoting content that resonates with our stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilise insights to optimise strategies ensuring continuous improvement in performance and audience engagement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role possesses:
- A minimum of 1 year of handson experience in the dynamic field of social media management.
- Proficiency in leveraging various digital marketing tools and platforms to drive results.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and an innovative mindset to keep the brand messaging fresh and engaging.
- Uptodate knowledge of current industry trends digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
Budget:
6k per month remote 5 days a week
