Digital Marketing Intern

• Online Brand Reputation Management:

1. Monitor online conversations and respond to mentions reviews and feedback to manage and protect the brands online reputation.
2. Develop strategies to leverage positive feedback and address negative comments constructively.

• Digital Marketing Strategies:

1. Support in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of the marketing team.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas to enhance brand presence online.
3. Help create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and the company website.

• Social Media Management:

1. Assist in managing social media accounts including content creation scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
2. Monitor social media trends to suggest content ideas and strategies.

• Analytics and Performance Tracking:

1. Gather data from digital campaigns and social media performance for analysis.
2. Learn to use digital analytics tools to measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
3. Support SEO strategies by assisting with keyword research and content optimization.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree (Preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field) .
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Creative thinking and a proactive attitude.
• No prior professional experience is required though participation in relevant projects clubs or coursework is preferred.
• This internship is designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in digital marketing.
