across all digital platforms, specifically on LinkedIn. In addition to being an outstanding

value. You are someone with a passionfor the âartâ of marketing, have abundant ideas for
building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong array of techniques/methods to
promote our services and capabilities.The goal is to reach out to the market and generate
customerâs interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our
exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Experience in launching campaigns on Linkedin in support of sales pursuits and
business objectives
- Drive brand awareness through website visits, video views, demand generation,
webinars, interviews and postsâ engagements.
- Conceptualize & drive interactive stories on LinkedIn to inspire the target audience
- Create visually compelling & relevant content; focus on sharing stories / showcasing the
services to drive the success of the campaign on LinkedIn. Feature graphics, people &
content to draw the right targeted audience.
- Provide insights in an effort to positioning the company as a thought leader, share
stories of customer success; highlight various opportunities within the company
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to
improve customer engagement
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and
managing expectations with various stakeholders
- Work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to plan marketing campaigns and
strategies to create brand awareness.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Follow-up on leads from marketing activities such as webinars and interviews and
identify potential leads for customer acquisition
- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve best practices for inbound and outbound
channels
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses
against goals (ROI)
- Plan monthly/quarterly performance marketing strategies and roadmaps to drive growth.
- Should utilize analytics effectively to create focused polls, blog posts or share relevant
content that will lead to increasingfollowing and engagement.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar role (startup industry experience would be
an added advantage)
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
Exceptionally curious, bold thinker, applying outside-in thought leadership to re-imagine ways
of performing work - with a passion for inventing and simplifying
A creative thinker and a problem solver.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
