Digital Industrial Project Manager - Smart Manufacturing

Tasks

• Own the digital manufacturing strategy and roadmap encompassing both companywide digitization strategy and locationspecific needs for manufacturing applications.
• Centrally manage the thirdparty group manufacturing software (Symphony) overseeing its architecture alignment with the digital transformation roadmap and assessing the impact of change requests.
• Develop a robust manufacturing data infrastructure to facilitate digital transformation enabling both reactive and proactive datadriven decisionmaking across the digital domain and beyond.
• Establish a manageable scalable and crosssite support structure for digital manufacturing ensuring prompt problemsolving within manufacturing operations.
• Explore opportunities for improvement aligning with manufacturing needs and industry trends to bridge the digital and physical worlds with a focus on advancing towards Industry 4.0.

Requirements

Must Have :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in an industrial engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in a similar mid/senior manufacturing lead or product owner role.
• Exposure to digital transformation or MES/MOMS implementation projects.
• Manufacturing or factorybased experience.
• Project management skills and knowledge of applicable tools (e.g. Gantt chart Critical Path Analysis Jira).
• Datadriven and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in either French German Dutch and/or Spanish both written and spoken.
• Experience in the print industry ecommerce aerospace automotive or FMCG.
