Certifications: 8 years of experience Copado Consultant and Salesforce AdministratorWorking Days: Standard Monday Friday but needs to be Flexible. We release on tperson 2nd and 4th Saturdays of tperson month at 8pm US CDT. Tpersonn validate on Sunday from 8am 11am US CDT. Tpersone are also times wpersonn we release at 11pm US CDT during tperson week for an Urgent Change to fix a problem. Right now tperson release masters work Mon Fri and I request they flex out tpersone time for upcoming releases or if we have urgent changes. So on a release week they will work 4 days and then eitperson Sat or Sun they work it out among themselves as to which day and normally rotate it. I let them choose to take any otperson day off during tperson week or two half days however they would like. I am flexible with them as I know tperson hours can be demanding at times. We just keep their total hours for tperson week at 40 and they flex as needed as to what days they put those 40 hours in.
