Digital Communications Associate

MW Partners is currently seeking a Digital Communications Associate to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Implement the overall content strategy for the Customer & Employee Experience team
• Review web content requests and make regular content updates to Inside sections ensuring searchability accuracy and adherence to design guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with Customer & Employee Experience stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for content management of thirdparty sites managed by the Employee Experience teams

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Communications Marketing or similar field
• 13 years of experience with web content management
• Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding of information architecture web design and usability best practices
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently to successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Ability to manage crossfunctionally persuade influence and build relationships to achieve program objectives
• Incredible organizational skills and relentless follow through
