Founded in 2010, TourRadar was the first to transition multi-day tours to an online marketplace, making them the leader in the industry. In 2021, TourRadar further revolutionised the industry by introducing the Adventure Booking Platform, connecting travellers, operators, and travel agents to organised tours through one platform.

We are currently looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and close revenue-producing ideas, who likes working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenging work and most importantly loves travel!

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

• Take the lead on small and large-scale digital campaigns, especially in the field of paid social
• Develop and pitch breakthrough concepts and ideas for the promotion and marketing of tours in the digital space.
• Manage our customer lead acquisition strategy through contests and other initiatives
• Oversee the promotion of the TourRadar app from installs to active engagement
• Apply your knowledge in the area of Mobile App Marketing.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of creative assets and copy as needed.
• Partner with the different marketing teams (Design, Email, Video etc.) to ensure communications cadence, targeting optimization and campaign execution are aligned to deliver the bottom line.
• Monitor campaign performance, from beginning to end, to interpret and to quickly optimize campaigns.
• Gather and aggregate various sources of data to prepare recap reports of campaign performance, spend, and sales for distribution to partners and for internal staff.
• Work with and manage partners on selected projects.
• Apply your knowledge in all areas of Digital Marketing including Growth Hacking, A/B testing, Performance Marketing, Paid Social Media and Referral Marketing

Requirements

Who you are:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience. Preference is given to candidates with digital marketing experience as well as candidates who show a strong desire to learn and have the ability to pick up new skills quickly
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/Omni-channel marketing
• Experience in paid social marketing. Experience in app marketing is a big plus
• Experience manipulating and interpreting large data sets to generate reports which provide insights & conclusions
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Fluent English speaker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics and/or similar
• Open-minded and positive team player
• Passionate for travel and the touring industry
