A hugely successful eCommerce Agency who excel in driving online growth for their clients on a global scale is looking to bolster its talented team with an experienced Digital Account Director.
Their clients are ambitious and wellknown brands within the consumer lifestyle sector and you'll have the opportunity of helping them to achieve their goals and growth targets through providing tailored and bespoke digital and ecommerce strategies whilst acting as the brand guardian of the brands internally. They look at all areas of the clients business from supply chain right through to performance so having a strong interest in online retail is imperative for this role.
We are looking for an experienced Account Director with strong experience and knowledge of ecommerce particularly within D2C retail space. You'll have good commercial acumen gravitas and ability to lead a client meeting as well as strong project and process management experience.
This role is remote working; although with offices in both London and Manchester you are welcome to work at either offices if you wish.
There will be occasional travel required for meetings both internal and client.
You will be:

The client champion internally; keeping their goals and ambitions top of mind across all work streams.

Coordinating your account team to keep BAU tasks and projects ontrack
.
Presenting weekly and monthly reporting to clients
.
Project managing the onboarding of new clients
.
Working with the account team to support the development of client growth strategies
.
Escalating and manage client risks/issues being the main point of contact for your accounts
You will have:
.
Experience working either within or alongside digital marketing channels such as SEO PPC Paid Social eCRM and TikTok
.
Direct experience working for D2C eCommerce businesses
.
Developed understanding of consumer behaviour and effective digital marketing strategies
.
Ability to liaise with CSuite clients and handle wider business strategy level discussions
.
Ability to analyse reports confident with marketing D2C terminology and KPIs
.
Experience with project management and leading teams of various disciplines
