An established and growing diesel shop is seeking an organized effective Lead Hand for a Diesel Truck Mechanic job in Kansas City MO. The Lead hand Truck Technician position offers:
$32.00 $45.00/hour to start. Benefits include:

Schedule
Afternoon Shift Monday Thursday; 3:30 pm 1:30 am
Requirements
- Provide excellent mentorship and adherence to tasks for those under supervision
- Knowledgeable in Diesel Truck manufacturers from Freightliner Kenworth Peterbilt International Western Star Mercedes Benz Hino Isuzu etc.
- Experience with Cummins Caterpillar Detroit Diesel International etc. engine is ideal
- Scheduling updating reports
- Parts ordering and stock awareness
- Lead by example with repairs
- Fill in for senior staff when required
- Valid CDL Class A or ability to secure within 90 days

Leadership experience (5+ years) Diesel Truck Repair Experience OEM Training/Certification Preferred Diagnostics Troubleshooting Overhaul/Engine/Transmission Experience a plus Clear Communication
