We are hiring DGM Engineering & Maintenance
Qualification: B. Tech. / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 18 to 25 years of experience in API Pharma Industry
Job Responsibility:
- To execute work as per procedure and in compliance with ISO 9001 standards Quality Management System Compliance cGMP standards ISO 14001 Halal and HACCP standards.
Following and executing works as per related SOPs & OCP of the concerned department and implementing the required procedures.
The candidate should have outstanding knowledge in the maintenance of API plant machinery like GLR SSR filter press centrifuge RCVD blender sifter ANFD VTD and isolators.
The candidate should have excellent knowledge of the operation and maintenance of utility equipment like boiler chillers RO plants cooling towers electric systems compressors nitrogen generators DG systems and HVAC systems.
Coordinating with vendors for AMC and service of machines.
Ensuring the instrument calibrations as per the schedule.
Monitoring and verifying the maintenance log books each and every day.
Ensuring all preventive breakdown and building maintenance records as per SOP/OCP.
candidate should have knowledge in MTBF & MTTR
candidate should have good knowledge in MS office excel PowerPoint MS Project management and AutoCAD
The candidate should have exposure to soft skills like leadership interpersonal skills time management and problemsolving techniques.
candidate should have exposure to GMP and GLP system
The candidate should have the knowledge to ensure the equipment qualifications.
The candidate must have sound knowledge of quality management systems and good engineering practices.
The candidate must have good communication and audit lead exposure.
candidate should have safety knowledge and adequate PPE to be used in API industry
The candidate should have knowledge and have to ensure statutory approvals required for commercial plants.
The candidate should have enough knowledge to prepare/ensure a mechanically related BOQ along with technical specifications.
The candidate should have good knowledge of bill verification.
