JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. DFT ATPG/scan insertion for a hierarchical design
2. Coverage analysis and DRC debug skills are a must.
3. Understanding of JTAG/iJTAG/1687 designs is required.
4. Should be familiar with scan retargeting flow.
5. Scan timing STA knowledge and experience Post layout scan timing debug necessary
6. Memory BIST and Memory repair verification and pattern generation required.
7. Pattern delivery and post silicon diagnosis knowledge will be advantage

We would prefer candidates with 3 to 5 years' experience. We could consider candidates with higher experience and exceptional candidates with less than 3 years' experience may be considered.
