- Build team capacity and individual deployment skills providing scalable structure
- Lead the team in setup and compliance with deployment and release standards
- Monitor and improve deployment and release processes and procedures in line with latest release technologies
- Facilitate communication within different technical teams within engineering
- Participate in presales initiatives and project estimations for deployment activities
- Hands on participation in CI/CD build for cloud-based applications and environments
