What you will do
Build and support Production and staging environments running LAMP stack on CentOS
Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP using Ansible or comparable configuration management
technology.
Lead the migration of current products from hosted to Google Cloud infrastructure.
Build solid automation foundation using Google Deployment Manager and Terraform.
Build CI/CD cloud infrastructure using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Artifact Registry and
Tekton.
Build and maintain robust monitoring via Google Operations Suite and backup solutions
using VM Machine Images, Disk snapshots and GCS Object Store
Implement new monitoring and scaling solutions for mission-critical services using
Google Cloud Monitoring.
Support Engineering teams for upcoming integrations and production releases.
Perform routine updates, security audits, and vulnerability scanning
Respond, triage, and escalate security related events per policy
Ensure compliance with company policies and security industry standards
What you must have
10+ years in a similar role; 1+ Year of on-call experience
Strong hand-on Google Cloud experience and Linux shell experience with installing,
configuring, creating and maintaining Linux-based / LAMP-stack systems in both staging

Strong hand-on Google Cloud experience and Linux shell experience with installing,
configuring, creating and maintaining Linux-based / LAMP-stack systems in both staging
and high-volume production environments with appropriate security and quality controls
(such as mature change management)
Strong understanding of VPC setup in Google Cloud, Cloud networking, and database
Cloud SQL layers.
Hands-on Experience with heterogeneous (Cloud and on-prem) environments.
Experience in a small setup with end-to-end ownership is a critical trait in this role.
Experience in automation of routine activities (Ansible experience preferred)
Strong shell scripting and automation experience.
Experience planning, designing, implementing, securing, and monitoring scalable
infrastructure for web applications
Strong understanding of IT Security best practices.
Experience with securing production infrastructure.
Strong Google Cloud experience.
(such as mature change management)
