Job summary:

• Lead the development and execution of automation across platforms and teams to improve the agility and availability of the computing platform and eliminate process waste
• Design, implement and support standardized RedHat/CentOS based Linux and Windows operating systems (physical & virtual).
• Design and strategy for internal customer tools including Configuration Management (SaltStack, Ansible), Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonar, DataDog, etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
• Research automation products, services, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the industry.
• 7+ years' experience in Server System Administration & Automation, with knowledge of both Linux and Windows OS configurations.
• 7+ years' experience with large and complex Infrastructure Automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Bash. Python & Bash are a must! (Python API experience +++!).
• Strong proven experience (3-4 years) with infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools: Terraform, Packer (both a must).
• Strong proven experience (3-4 years) with configuration management tools: Saltstack (preferred).
• Strong proven experience (3-4 years) with CI/CD implementation processes and tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar).
• Jenkins is a must!
