o Understanding public clouds would help.

o Privat clouds are where they are headed; more useful.

o Few engineers have bought and processed new hardware.

o This team writes code to apply code

o Incident management looking at alerts certificate management setting up ports increasing CPU memory and storage.

o One data center focused and one SRE focused monitoring Dynatrace and Datadog and libre.

Soft skills:

o Depth is the key here.
