Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of program indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.
Participate in project evaluations and assist in the analysis of the results, assess project impact and effective use of resources, in coordination with the MEAL department.
Prepare ToRs and guidelines for projects’ consultants and review the relative outputs (assessments, researches, trainings, etc.)
Provide supervision, guidance and monitoring for project staff, ensuring clarity over project plans and priorities and encouraging effective team work.
Facilitate regular staff meetings to ensure awareness of project objectives, and opportunity for feedback
Manage the project budget for the assigned projects and ensure all expenses are according to budget, in coordination with the Finance Department;
