- Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of program indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.
- Participate in project evaluations and assist in the analysis of the results, assess project impact and effective use of resources, in coordination with the MEAL department.
- Prepare ToRs and guidelines for projects’ consultants and review the relative outputs (assessments, researches, trainings, etc.)
- Provide supervision, guidance and monitoring for project staff, ensuring clarity over project plans and priorities and encouraging effective team work.
- Facilitate regular staff meetings to ensure awareness of project objectives, and opportunity for feedback
- Manage the project budget for the assigned projects and ensure all expenses are according to budget, in coordination with the Finance Department;
