Development Manager

FieldConnect an awardwinning software company is looking for a Development Manager. FieldConnect has provided mobile workforce management solutions for field service since 2002. Our powerful cloud solutions enable realtime streaming of data between field technicians customers subcontractors and the back office for specialty contractors.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

The Development Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer handles code reviews manage offshore development teams communicates technical information to the team. The individual must be well organized creative driven and find clear and innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.

Requirements

Requirement and skills:

• Experience with SaaS infrastructure and hosting providers is mandatory (Azure preferred)
• Demonstrated experience leading offshore development teams and delivery of enterprisegrade webbased software solutions
• Expert in Microsoft based technologies and associated frameworks including Visual Studio C# .Net Framework Azure SQL Server DevOps Git
• In depth knowledge and experience with React.js and React Native HTML5 CSS JavaScript REST and other web technologies
• 5 years fullstack software development experience
• Experience managing Software Development and QA teams using Agile methodologies
• Strong project management experience including planning prioritization tasking and establishing/meeting deadlines
• Expertise with Data Integration Data Security compliance and protocols.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to multitask including handling multiple highpriority projects concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS Computer Science or similar required
