Client Details:
Our client is responsible for providing a technologically advanced service as a center of excellence, driving business and transformation, and ensuring group-wide digital and data We manage various technology platforms and shared services, ensure cyber and information security, and act as a technology governance and risk manager for the
Role Responsibilities:
- Management, hosting, and support of WordPress websites and e-commerce
- Handling client
- Working with various database platforms such as MSSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDb, and Moodle
- Working with Linux OS, particularly RHEL, Debian, and
- Troubleshooting WordPress issues and understanding the backend of the
- Working with automated and continuous deployments, as well as version control systems such as Git and Tortoise
- Troubleshoot server-level issues related to application
- Has a basic understanding of Windows and Linux server
- Installing applications on servers based on online or vendor
- Creating weekly / monthly reports on incidents and
- Performing release management activities, and handling change management activities such as logging changes and attending pre- and post-change
- Providing 24/7 operations
- Documenting application
- Responsible for Change Management Activities, including Logging of changes, Attending Pre- / E- & Weekly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology will be advantageous
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in WordPress, including managing, hosting, and supporting both regular and e-commerce websites
- Experience in managing clients
- Exposure to various database platforms such as MSSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDb, and Moodle LMS
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as jQuery and Bootstrap
- Previous experience in an agency environment is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Linux OS, particularly RHEL, Debian, and Ubuntu
- Experience in troubleshooting WordPress issues and knowledge of the WordPress backend
- Experience with automated/continuous deployments and version control systems such as Git and Tortoise SVN
- Experience troubleshooting server-level issues related to application hosting
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server environments
- Experience with installing applications on a server based on online or vendor documentation
- Experience creating weekly/monthly reports on incidents and requests
- Exposure to release management and change management activities
- Experience in 24/7 operations support and application documentation
- Knowledge of one or more of SGTs clients business and systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with problem tracking tools, computer installation and repairs, computer operations, compliance monitoring and reporting, and information
