Position: Developer with TANF Experience

As a Java Developer you will play a key role in developing software solutions tailored to the needs of TANF agencies or organizations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing Java programming language and associated frameworks such as Spring Hibernate or Java EE to develop robust and efficient software solutions.
• Applying your understanding of TANF policies regulations and program requirements to ensure that software solutions meet the specific needs of TANF programs.
• Leveraging database management systems like SQL Server Oracle or MySQL for data modeling querying optimization and administration to support TANFrelated data processing and reporting.
• Utilizing web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React to develop user interfaces for TANF software applications.
• Following software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall to develop and deploy software solutions in alignment with project requirements.
• Integrating TANF systems with thirdparty systems APIs or data sources to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Demonstrating strong problemsolving skills to analyze complex requirements identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to meet the needs of TANF programs and stakeholders.
• Creating clear and concise technical documentation including design specifications architecture diagrams user manuals and release notes to facilitate collaboration and ensure maintainability of TANF software solutions.
• Collaborating effectively with TANF program managers stakeholders and team members through effective communication and providing technical support and training as needed.
• Conducting unit testing integration testing and system testing to ensure the reliability performance and security of TANF software applications.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in Java technology TANF policies and regulations to enhance skills and contribute to the improvement of TANF software solutions.
