Position: Desktop Support
Location: Remote
We are actively seeking candidates whose profiles align with the following qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Management experience with Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2013 or higher
- Microsoft Intune Administration experience
- Oracle Identity Manager Account Management experience
- Windows Server 2012 and above and Active Directory experience including Windows Server administration Active Directory Administration Enterprise Windows Server Patching and vulnerability management
- Microsoft 365 apps install/troubleshooting experience
- SharePoint Online Administration experience
- Experience working in the public sector as an IT message admin
