This is a contract Desktop Support Engineer role located in Coppell TX. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to endusers troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving printerrelated issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
Qualifications
- Experience with HP Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware troubleshooting
- Technical Support skills
- Printer Support skills
- Problemsolving and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Linux and GCP is a plus
- CompTIA A Certification is a plu
