Job Description

• Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment patch management operating system deployment client and server maintenance troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience creating collections packages applications within SCCM.
• Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012
• Experience in installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
• Indepth knowledge of SCCM client installation software distribution remote control and other SCCM issues.
• Expertise in SCCM Administration deployment packaging network inventory boundaries installer and network designing.
• Experience in deploying troubleshooting and managing Windows devices.
• Must have excellent competency with SCCM WSUS and other patching tools.
• Experience in supporting Windows Server
• Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems endusers and coworkers.
• Strong knowledge on Office 365 and Outlook related issues handling
• Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy Domain Services (such as Print DHCP DNS) and network connectivity.
• Good experience in customer/partner/technical servicerelated roles
• Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
• Application Packaging and Repackaging services
• MSIX based application packages for new apps.
• Provisioning and Deprovisioning
• Autopilot based device Provisioning.
